Huaxin Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. was established 1996 with production ferro-silicon and Mn-Si; Zhengda Magnesium Co., Ltd. was established 1995 with production magnesium metals. Our foremost business was in selling Fe-Si to magnesium plants in domestic market, and Zhengda is one of our important customers. Through long time closed cooperation, in order to set up the long term strategic cooperation relationship, Huaxin Iron & Steel and Zhengda Magnesium jointly built Gansu Xinhe Metals Co., Ltd. by their mutual investment. Gansu Xinhe is mainly in charge of sales and sales-after service of two companies’ products in international and domestic market.
